Common Questions
I see "Certificate not valid" — what do I do?
This happens because the server certificate is issued for
mail.supergrad.co.in. Your @supergrad.co.in email works perfectly through it. Tap Advanced → Accept certificate or Trust to proceed. It is completely safe.Which server do I use for both domains?
Always use
mail.supergrad.co.in as the server — for both @supergrad.co.in and @supergrad.co.in mailboxes. Both are hosted on the same server. What is my username?
Your username is your full email address, e.g.
yourname@supergrad.co.in. Do not use just the part before the @.I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Contact your program administrator or the Supergrad support team. They can reset your mailbox password from the admin panel.
Mails are arriving late in Gmail — is that normal?
Yes — Gmail polls external IMAP accounts every 5–30 minutes. For real-time notifications use webmail at
mail.supergrad.co.in, or a dedicated app like Spark or FairEmail which support IMAP IDLE push. Can I access mail on multiple devices?
Yes. IMAP keeps your mail synced across all devices. Anything you read, move, or delete on one device reflects on all others automatically.
